However, we strongly recommend placing orders 3\u20134 weeks in advance, as our schedule fills quickly. For wedding, Quince and Sweet 16 cakes, we suggest ordering at least 4\u20136 months in advance. Many clients book up to a year ahead to secure their event date.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Please note that your order is not confirmed until payment is\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">received<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">\u00a0and processing is completed. Availability is not guaranteed until then.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"colour\"><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">How can I process my order?<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">For All Occasion Cakes:<\/span><\/span><\/b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\"><br \/>For orders placed more than 15 days prior to the event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, with the remaining balance due at the time of pickup. For orders placed within 15 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of ordering.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">For\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/b><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Wedding,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/b><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Quincea\u00f1eras<\/span><\/span><\/b><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">, and Sweet 16 Cakes:<\/span><\/span><\/b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\"><br \/>To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the cake. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event date. If the balance is not paid by then, a 10% late fee will be added to the remaining amount.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">We accept both cash and credit card payments. we encourage you to place your order as early as possible. We maintain a strict limit on weekly orders to ensure the highest quality in our work. Please note that if you are changing a flavor or adding\/modifying the design, additional fees may apply.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"colour\"><b><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">What is your Cancellation Policy?<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">The process of creating custom edible artwork begins several days in advance, including taking and processing your order, assigning your cake to a skilled decorator, and sourcing fresh supplies needed for your unique cake design.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">We place a high priority on attention to detail and are often in high demand, which means we may start preparing fondant accents ahead of time.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">For these reasons, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to custom cake orders WITHIN 30 days for Wedding,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Quincea\u00f1eras<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">, Sweet 16, and Anniversary cakes, and WITHIN 7 days for all other custom orders. To ensure the best quality, please keep all products as flat as possible during transport<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p><div><span class=\"size\"><span class=\"font\">\u2022<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Always hold cakes from the bottom of the box, not the sides.<\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class=\"size\"><span class=\"font\">\u2022<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Place them carefully on the passenger side floor of your car or in the trunk of an SUV or hatchback\u2014never in the trunk of a sedan, as the slanted seats could damage the cake.<\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class=\"size\"><span class=\"font\">\u2022<\/span><\/span><span class=\"font\"><span class=\"size\">Maintain a cool temperature in the car: if it\u2019s hot outside, turn the A\/C on high; if it\u2019s cold, turn off the heat for the duration of your travel.
